Snappic: The Cloud Solution for Seamless Photo Booth Operations
I really like that Snappic is cloud-based, letting me do all the work from home instead of needing to be at a specific location or event site. The ability to print directly without using a PC is fantastic. I rated it a 10 for functionality mainly because its capacity is amazing, although it comes with a cost.

Outstanding Customer Service and Powerful, Highly Customizable Photo Booth Software
The customer service is outstanding, possibly the best in the business actually. I've tried a few photo booth software, they always respond in a reasonable amount of time and are usually invested in assisting.
The software itself is really performs well, it allows for a lot of customizations and they think through the details. Some of the integrations are only found here and that really helps a photo booth company stand out when it counts.

Snappic allows me to print photos on the spot and share them digitally with customers, which is really convenient. I love their customer service; it's second to none. I use the chat feature on their website whenever I have an issue, and they guide me through it step by step. Sometimes I'll even screen share with them, and they'll fix the issues for me. The initial setup might be daunting, but that's when the exceptional customer service really shines.
