One place for every campaign detail instead of endless followups

We handle marketing requests for a team of around 20 people so keeping campaign related documents and communication connected matters a lot. What i like most is that I don't have to keep asking different departments for the latest information because everything stays in one place and is updated as work moves forward. During a recent campaign that involved more than 300 client records i was able to verify the required details in a few minutes instead of going back and forth over emails. Getting started wasn't difficult either and whenever we had questions during the initial setup the support team explained things clearly instead of sending generic help articles. It has also worked well alongside the other software we already use so our existing workflow didn't need major changes.

SmartAdvocate has been a major boon for our case management. Its interface is easy to navigate and presents all relevant details for a case at a glance, and is a quick, reliable, and responsive platform. Our settlements resulting from SA's help have more than made up for our investment into the platform. The knowledge base is thorough and has helped us all to understand the platform better when we have questions, and it also lists all of their (extensive) integrations; we are currently working in more and more as time goes on. SmartAdvocate is also on the cutting edge of case AI management - we've been most pleased with its AI medical timelines!

SmartAdvocate: Managing 180+ weekly client inquiries became much more organized

As a Marketing Manager managing a 40 member legal team what I like most about SmartAdvocate is how it connects Client Intake, Case Management, Document Management, Workflow Automation, Reporting and Calendars in one place. During a recent campaign that brought in 180+ consultation requests, its ai powered document generation automatically prepared intake forms, routed new cases to the correct practice groups and created followup tasks, which helped our team keep up with the workload. I also rely on its reporting dashboard to measure campaign performance, and the integration with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and QuickBooks keeps client communication and documents connected. The onboarding team configured our workflows around our firm's process and the support team has always been helpful whenever we've needed assistance.
