SmartAdvocate: Managing 180+ weekly client inquiries became much more organized

As a Marketing Manager managing a 40 member legal team what I like most about SmartAdvocate is how it connects Client Intake, Case Management, Document Management, Workflow Automation, Reporting and Calendars in one place. During a recent campaign that brought in 180+ consultation requests, its ai powered document generation automatically prepared intake forms, routed new cases to the correct practice groups and created followup tasks, which helped our team keep up with the workload. I also rely on its reporting dashboard to measure campaign performance, and the integration with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and QuickBooks keeps client communication and documents connected. The onboarding team configured our workflows around our firm's process and the support team has always been helpful whenever we've needed assistance.
