Effortless PDF Management, But Needs Better Multilanguage Support

I find Smallpdf very convenient and user-friendly. The UI on the main webpage makes it easy for anyone, even a layman who's never used a similar tool, to log in and do whatever is necessary, like converting files. Since we work in a small team, the PDF editing, splitting, and merging features are essential, and Smallpdf's efficiency in these tasks is great. The drag-and-drop feature for documents simplifies organizing them within Smallpdf. I appreciate how the compression feature retains the quality of PDFs, even when compressing, as the quality of the images is maintained, which is impressive. The ability to merge, split, compress, and convert from Word to PDF or PDF to Word is also incredibly useful. On top of that, the premium and pro licensing is priced conveniently and competitively. Overall, it's been a standalone tool that I've relied on for more than six or seven years.

User-Friendly PDF Tool with Great Integrations

I like Smallpdf because it's actually the easiest PDF creator to use. I've tried Adobe and other ones before, but Smallpdf stands out because it also integrates with sign.com, which we use for signatures and turning documents into other formats. As a small organization, the ease of manipulating the software is really beneficial. I like the user experience, especially the look and feel, given the colors. It's just easy to do what you need to get done, like converting PDF to Word or PDF to Excel and vice versa. The capability to handle electronic signatures and track them is really helpful. We switched from Foxit Reader and Adobe because Smallpdf was just a better fit, especially for simple needs, with a better user experience and interface.
