Reliable SMS platform with great support

The platform is easy to use and campaigns are quick to set up, even for someone managing multiple clients. What stood out most was the support team: when we had questions about sending to Puerto Rico numbers, they checked directly with the carriers and got back to us with a clear answer, which saved us from having to switch platforms.
