We’re not just another number to them. They provide a level of customer service that I’m seeing disappear from this space, and it’s a good reminder that there are always real people behind all of the technology.

I am very happy with SilverTech's website hosting services and support. Their partnership and responsiveness have been outstanding, with minimal downtime and excellent service responsiveness. I appreciate their expertise in website hosting, problem solving, and design. SilverTech provides great data reporting and adds tremendous value when issues arise and need prompt resolution. We trust them to keep our site running smoothly. They also offer website redesign services, which we are likely to proceed with as we expand our partnership.

SilverTech is very flexible and genuinely listens to its customers. They’re also a great sounding board for ideas and provide comprehensive solutions for the projects we bring to them.
