Great Customer Service

|Silent Auction Pro
What I loved the most about the software was the high level of customer service we received from the staff. There was always someone there to give an answer to any of the questions we had, as well as instructional videos on YouTube.

Value. Stability. Functionality. SUPPORT

SAP is well worth the cost for the robust database you are able to use for fundraising of all sorts. The platform is stable and did not fail me. It is organized in a logical way and we are so many features to support your event. The tutorials, videos, and event coaches are all at your fingertips. It is so comforting to have humans on the line to help you through every click and through the event night as well.
