There was much concern over how this would work and if we could still be successful but the SAP team was there to support us every step of the way!  We had looked at another company initially but when they did not answer the phone, it took them over 3 hours to call me back and I found out there was only one person on staff I knew we needed to look elsewhere. Customer Service - and ease of use. The best customer service team I have ever encountered in more than 20 years of fundraising.
