I can get help through live chat whenever I need it, and the support staff are knowledgeable and right there when needed. I also like hosting our data in Sigma, where we can create and troubleshoot data models and let users build reports from data we’ve already QA’d. Building and sharing reports is easier, and puts governance on the users creating the reports. Setup was straightforward.
