Easy Reporting Integration and Great Support

What I enjoy most is how easily it integrates with our internal reporting system and can pull large amounts of data into a format that’s easy to understand. The system is also very easy to navigate and generally runs smoothly. I’ll also add that the customer support team responds quickly and works to address any issues as soon as possible. Overall, my experience with Sigma, both the platform and the support team, has been great.

Intuiative in a Time of Complexity

It’s very intuitive from a BI development and admin perspective. From the business side, it’s also easy to pick up for self-service, ad-hoc reporting. They’re constantly releasing great capabilities that continue to improve the utilization of Sigma.

Easy-to-Use Analytics, but Dashboard Discovery Can Be Tricky

I use several Sigma dashboards to monitor performance across different areas and guide my decisions with the insights. Sigma helps me identify trends in claims data, and I love using AI tools with the Sigma MCP to spot patterns faster. I like the spreadsheet format because it makes it easy to filter for the information I need and identify trends. I also like being able to save and customize my filters and searches. The initial setup was easy for me.
