I find Shopper Approved easy to use and appreciate its plug-in ability. We can easily display our reviews via our website. I like that customers don't need a profile to leave a review, unlike Google or Yelp. Additionally, I mentioned that the initial setup was pretty easy, which is a plus. We've had shopper approved for decades and overall have had a pretty good experience with it.
