The implemantion is very easy for a basic integration, but they also offer the ability to do a custom integration through their API as well. They also make it easy to localize the reviews as well which is great. The review collection process is fantastic, they make it easy for customers to leave reviews and as a result they collect a lot of reviews. Their support staff is willing and able to help with any issue you have and they are proactive. If they recognize and issue they reach out to you with a solution.
