I must say that Customer Service in Shogun is the best I have experience ever with this type of apps! Quick replies, in-depth problem solving, patience and following up on even the silliest query of mine is what made them stand out from the beginning! The software is easy to understand and there are plenty of helpful options to make building your pages more automated.

Support is great and really quick to help. The app is really easy to use and also really good implemented with shopify. The possibilities are endless.

We've found that Shogun's editing platform is intuitive and easy to use, which is great when training new team members to use the page building and editing functions. Although we've maintained a legacy plan, there's plenty of additional functionality that we're able to tap into as and when it's needed and if we were a larger business with more complex needs I think we'd be using one of their more advanced plans. The customer support is easy to access and the team are helpful in identifying solutions, implementing where needed or supplying advice to help us resolve.
