It supplies customers with detailed tracking information that appear as coming from the brand. It replaces a human as someone who guides the client from the purchase to receiving the order. Also it serves as a customer success measurement tool ; in a subtle way with the thumb up/thumb down feature.

Great tracking and notifications solution

|Shipup
We installed Shipup because our customer support received too many inquiries about package tracking. Since then, the number of requests is close to 0! We added a feedback form in the last notification, to be sure that the delivery went as planned. The result is that our customers take advantage of this opportunity to tell us that they love being updated in real-time about the delivery of their package!
