Smart UI and UX. You can integrate it with almost all tools; in fact, we were able to connect it with our WMS smoothly. We didn’t have any problems, so I consider the performance to be high. The only real issue is the price. Unfortunately, you can only buy a bi-annual subscription, and it includes very high shipping costs. Support also wasn’t excellent, because they continuously change your point of contact. I haven’t used much of the AI/intelligence features, so I can’t share much information about that.

It is very easy to use and integrate with our e-commerce platform. Additionally, it significantly speeds up the generation of the AWB and communications to customers.

Easy to use, with multiple carriers connected, it’s a convenient hub for tracking customers’ shipments.
