The simplicity of shipping across dozens of carriers with different accounts in real time, it provides an easy way for us to quickly monitor which accounts are used the most and the fact that we can export our orders is also life saving, for tax reasons and so on. User experience could sometimes be better but overall the only issue we've seen is the occasional experience swapping to the old/new one due to us being logged on 4 different computers at once.
