Use them to build your requirements for their system and compare them to the rest during your due diligence process. Ease of use of the product was key. Bringing a new approach into a fast-paced manufacturing environment is never easy. The product had to be easy to navigate and troubleshoot problems in processing in order to keep productivity up.
