Send Safely is REALLY easy to use. The support documentation is probably the best I have seen in 20 years of IT.

It's critical that we are able to easily and safely send and receive documents and files to/from our clients (without them needing to log in or create accounts in order to access them). SendSafely allows us to do exactly this. We've been using it for several years and have never had any issues or complaints from our team or end users.

Our users say that the platform is very intuitive and within a couple of minutes are able to use it for sending or receiving secure documents. The scope of our internal teams we wanted to use this platform loved it immediately and requested moving ahead with the solution post demo. Onboarding team at SendSafely was very organized and helped us stay on track with completing a full implementation into our environment within the few weeks of project planning. The SendSafely technical team was available for our integration calls as well which was helpful in getting stuck on the Jira integration.
