Extremely easy to use, customer support was great from start to finish, implementing it was a breeze and the native integrations we're a huge advantage.

We needed a secure method to share files and data with external parties and SendSafely was by far the best product we tested due to its focus on security, breadth of functionality, and ease of use. Our users were able to quickly begin using SendSafely with minimal instruction as they found the platform intuitive and were able to easily find the answers to any questions in the SendSafely support portal. The fact that external parties do not need to download an app or install software is a huge plus and we also appreciate the ability to centrally manage file retention for files shared through the Send and Dropzone features. Also key for us was the extensive logging and auditing available for the activity on the platform. Customer support has been great as well - very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive.
