What I like best about SeekOut is how it combines powerful candidate search with practical AI assistance in one workflow. The search filters make it much easier to narrow a large talent pool by skills, experience, location, and other relevant criteria. The interface is also straightforward enough that I can move from building a search to reviewing profiles and creating outreach lists without a lot of back-and-forth. That saves meaningful time, especially for niche or hard-to-fill roles. I also appreciate that it fits into the broader recruiting workflow through integrations, rather than feeling like a separate system I have to manage.
