I really appreciate the amazing customer support from Sophia and Diaz. They've been great in helping with custom scripts and making the most out of the app. The software itself is great too. The customized widgets with quick view and add to cart features are helpful, and the ability to add synonyms to fix searches is really useful. The filters have been a huge thing for us, allowing us to add them to our brand pages and probably using them for category pages too. It makes navigating easier, and it uses all our custom filters automatically. I also like that you can add redirects and customize outputs for widgets and product searches. It works well on brand and category pages, not just search results. Everything I've asked for can be done, and if I need help, the customer support team gets it done with no problems.

As a business with a large product catalog, it delivers powerful search capabilities without adding unnecessary complexity. The platform is easy to navigate, and the interface makes it simple to manage search, filters, products, and collections across our store. Performance has been consistently reliable, with fast search results and a smooth customer experience even as our catalog has continued to grow. The AI-powered search has also done a great job improving product discovery by accounting for typos, synonyms, and customer intent, helping shoppers find the right products more quickly. We've seen less friction in the shopping experience while still having the flexibility to fine-tune search results and products when needed.

It's a very cool search plugin that works great with our website. The staff at Searchanise has been super helpful whenever an issue arises. I love that I can point people to specific pages using a redirect through the plugin.
