I now longer have to decide between engaging with the candidate and taking detailed notes. If I want to play back an interview to listen again to a key answer it's easy. Getting stats on my performance as an interviewer is also really valuable.

I really love that Screenloop is able to transcribe our interviews - it saves a lot of time taking notes and ensures nothing is missed during the interview. I also really like the auto reference check feature, as I am currently only a one-person team and checking references can be time-consuming.
