What I like the most is the option to share with external parties through a link, selections of materials that they can download and edit (Trim the size) without needing to make them users of the platform. I also like the material search system, whether by metadata or keywords.

When we had any problems then the support responds in a timely manner with good quality solutions. After the setup there was no outtakes or failures in production use.

Their support team is exceptional, when I encountered an issue uploading a restricted file type (for account security it's restricted by default), they explained the situation, resolved it quickly and then when I explained I had managed to do it before, they respectfully asked if I could recreate the steps, which I was happy to, so that they could flag it for the safety of other users which I was thoroughly impressed by.
