As a new employee at Miles Lubricants, I had to quickly learn how our order processing and EDI system works with major retailers like Walmart, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, Amazon, Northern Tool & Equipment, Grainger, and Zoro. We are also currently in the process of implementing Ace Hardware. One of the tools we rely on heavily is SBSA Technology, and I have been pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use.

I like that integrating SBSA Technology / EDI with COSTCO, BJ's, Walmart, Sam's Club, Lidl, and other retailers was quick and easy. The integration with our ERP system is another major benefit, especially since it supports our older but sophisticated produce system. Switching from XML to API integration for real-time data synch is fantastic. The SBSA team is great to work with and consists of different experts, which has been a tremendous help. They have done an amazing job in ensuring that our system aligns perfectly with our accounting and workflow needs. I also appreciate how seamless synching purchase orders into the ERP is; SBSA efficiently picks the tracking info and transmits it with the invoice. Overall, the initial setup was extremely easy and quick.
