I like that I can save a custom text, which saves so much time. Being able to text through Salesmsg is much better since most leads do not answer the phone, and we get more responses. The initial setup with Salesmsg was very user-friendly.
The Salesforce integration, along with the ability to add Salesmsg SMS webhooks to Salesforce flows, has been really helpful for our team. It allows us to keep both email and SMS together within a single Salesforce flow, which makes the overall process feel much more streamlined and easier to manage. Our basic users also appreciate the features available in the Salesmsg platform for handling incoming and outgoing calls and SMS—especially voicemail drop, scheduled send, merge fields, and broadcasts.
