Great system, good support, crazy expensive
S-Docs is really easy to use, has useful documentation and helpful support staff. You can do some really quite sophisticated things with embedded queries, related lists, etc, effectively embedding process automation inside document templates.

The Documentations is easy to understand and easy to implement. We have used it for multiple clients and all out clients are satisfied with the solution.

Super fast and super easy
I like how fast document generation is as compared to other document generation tools out there. Also, while there is a learning curve and migrating existing templates can be tedious, overall, the product fits our needs very well.
The technical support team was excellent at helping me resolve some technical issues we encountered during migration.
