I like Ruddr Professional Services Automation for its easy-to-use interface that makes it very simple for me to track my time week to week. I appreciate the good overview it provides of how much time I've spent, which helps my manager keep track of progress. I find the feature where I can copy my previous week's time card to the current week especially convenient since my time spent on projects doesn't change much week over week. It saves me time and effort by allowing me to make only minor edits rather than entering everything from scratch. Additionally, it's very helpful in auditing how time is spent on billed and unbilled projects, which is crucial for managing resources in our company of about 500 people. The initial setup was very simple and the intuitive UI ensured I had no problems getting started.

The UI is pretty straightforward, it is easy to add project or time, easy to import projects from week-to-week. I have not needed to use Support or any kind of AI integrations, but I did utilize the API for a internal tool we use for project management.

Ruddr is extremely user-friendly, creating a seamless experience for our employees which is crucial for us. On the Operations side, we love how robust Ruddr's reporting capabilities are and Ruddr's ability to sync with QBO to streamline our billing and expense tracking.
