I like how Ruddr Professional Services Automation makes it easier to track billable hours per project per person. I also find the wide variety of reports useful for comparing and reconciling data. The initial setup was pretty easy, as I just had to log in with my intra ID.

I like to use Ruddr Professional Services Automation to log hours worked on client projects. I track the hours worked and can get a macro summary of the projects in the "Notes" section, which makes billing for hours worked easier. I find the user interface extremely easy to use, and the inclusion of daily notes is very helpful. This allows me to inform the manager in a macro and summarized way what was done that day, integrating everything into the same interface and avoiding the need for separate reports. Since I started using the tool, I found it very easy and intuitive, with no difficulties in learning how to use it.
