All the tools that I need to maintain my consultancy practice are located in one place and were intuitive to use. I want to do actual electrical engineering work, and find expense reporting, customer management, time keeping, and similar activities to be a total nuisance. A client had me use Zoho to manage time and it was a pain to use. Ruddr is incredibly intuitive and I was able to get my one person consultancy set up in it within minutes and was timing my work on client projects within an hour.

I use Ruddr Professional Services Automation to track my time and billable hours, and I find the simple UI and easy-to-understand menus really helpful. They make finding information like total hours, billable hours, PTO hours taken, and resource usage percentage much easier compared to other tools. I also appreciate that the initial setup was simple, and it's a significant improvement over Smartsheets, which was super hard and confusing.
