What I like most about Riskified is that it helps us approve more genuine customers with confidence, instead of being overly cautious and losing good orders. It takes a lot of the manual effort out of fraud review, helps reduce chargebacks and gives us more confidence in scaling without adding unnecessary friction to the customer experience.

I use Riskified for fraud detection and really appreciate how it quickly analyzes multiple data points to provide approvals. This reduces the customer service review time of online orders significantly. I also like how much more revenue we're able to generate based on their approvals. The solution is quick, and we refuse a lot fewer orders with it, which is a huge plus. Honestly, I've had zero complaints, and I would rate it a 9.5 out of 10.
