The AI makes accurate decisions. Riskified saves us a lot of time by not having to manually create rules. The dashboard is easy to use and provides excellent details on metrics. Riskified is constantly evolving and providing new products. They have increased our approval rate significantly since we started using the service leading to an excellent return on investment. Our account manager is great at escalating feedback to their support team and resolving issues in a timely manner.

What I like most about Riskified is that it helps us approve more genuine customers with confidence, instead of being overly cautious and losing good orders.
