Every part of it is amazing. The ability to put yourself in the room with your technicians will create a lifetime of training itinerary, and coaching points. The Ai gives realistic feedback and allows you to learn and pushback on things that you might disagree with. The feedback it gives is real and actionable. The roleplay rewind has become a part of our daily practice to sharpen our skills and learn for real life application. I love it

I love how easy it is to use and quick it is to set up. There are so many helpful features that I have not even scratched the surface. I love how it can be used differently for peoples needs and how my partners and I all are able to utilize this tool in a way that works for us. Rilla has been great as it is constantly adapting and improving. I love how it reminds me to turn it on for upcoming appointments and to turn off after long ones. I think it is brilliantly designed
