I appreciate how it allows me to go on-site with the sales team without physically being there, providing a true sense of what the sales appointment was all about without altering the sales person's environment. I like the clarity it provides with fairly accurate transcripts of conversations, as well as the great insight into trends and trouble areas within the sales person's pitch. It also offers protection from homeowner's claims about things said or promised. The capability to coach in real-time and give quick, accurate feedback to help improve the sales process is extremely valuable. The setup was extremely easy, thanks to the great help from the Rilla integration team. Overall, Rilla meets my needs and I've been impressed with the innovation. We found it to be a better fit than Siro.

I like that Rilla's interface is very easy to use, simple, and straight to the point. It's very smooth, and I can easily find everything I need on both my phone and computer. It works really well with the company I work for, and I just love the interface. I also appreciate that when it rates my recording at the end, it's very accurate and specific about the things I've mentioned or that my clients have mentioned. It's easy to understand where my red flags are for my talking points or what I'm good at mentioning.
