The Rev.io team that helps you set up your account is terrific. They are incredibly set on their timeline, so make sure you have someone dedicated to working on getting everything right for your customer upload (if that's where you are starting). It's a daunting process, but they will go out of their way to help you if you ask for exactly what you need. Once you have your accounts ready, you can set it and forget it when it comes to the CDRs. They download every night automatically, and the software breaks it down to the correct customer and rate. I'm sure there are network people behind the scenes making sure that happens, but I don't see it. Finally, reports. Rev.io doesn't do canned reports very well. However, their reports team is eager to help make any report you can think up. I'm pretty good at making my own, but I can't seem to get the tables to talk to each other. So I use their team to do the report making. They are quick and accurate.
