Lots of features to create NPS surveys, and a great customer support

I have evaluated many different NPS software providers and Retently was already my favorite and I never regretted my choice! We are using Retently for our customer NPS surveys and will soon start to use its multiple question survey for other surveys as well. It is easy to set up with fully customizable templates (language, brand, texts) and even easier to analyze and visualize the results at the end with custom feedback tags and other visualization features. It has a cool dashboard with instant access to all NPS results and different segments.
