Good scalability and reliability, Not great: customization, new feature development, support
The product is scalable and effective at its core functionality. It's a great first step for a business that's coming out of infancy and can get you pretty far / unlimited scale. Some aspects are easy to use like their product attributes, which allows you to seamlessly add new attributes. You can pay for any feature development you want, but it might be expensive, take a lot of time, and be very intensive time wise. Big picture, its hard to love your ERP / WMS, and they do a decent job overall.

Laggy but effective
I like the search feature where you can search by tags, order #, tracking, address, email address and more. Makes it easier for me to locate past orders and retrieve information from them.
