Exceptional Reliability

Resi is an incredibly user friendly UI. As a rookie learning the ropes of live-streaming during the pandemic, I was able to navigate the UI with relative ease because of all the thought that has gone into the design. We have also been blown alway by the reliability. Since we started with Resi we have only had one weekend with livestream issues (due to our internet) and the Resi concept allowed our services to pick up right where drops happened and we were still able to use the Sim-Live feature the next day when we were continuing to have internet issues.

Reliable online broadcast

Resi really cut down on the amount of training I had to provide volunteers with regards to how to use streaming software. It’s so simple to just schedule the services and the encoder automatically runs without any additional programming. It’s sure made my life easier and has given me the ability to go home sooner on Saturday nights after service, so I can rest up for Sunday services.
