Great Tool, Great Customer Support

I implemented Resi when they were still known as Living As One and ever since I haven't looked back. Resi is a great tool because of its dependability and ease of use. My team is made up of people who haven't touched a computer until they were 22. So the learning curve is huge. With Resi, I was able to program the streams and just tell them to have everything ready at 11:58 and the stream will handle itself. Resi is a great tool and a great investment for any church with a strong online presence. And its ease of use is great. Customer support is great. They have helped me on Sundays with issues that have arisen. And their customer service people are very professional and understanding.

Excellent streaming or multi-campus solution for churches!!

The hardware quality and resilience of the encoders gives me confidence that they won't fail on us! The web portal for scheduling events and managing encoders is super simple, and gives easy access to connecting to social media accounts, etc as well. The LAN mode of encoders/decoders in the same network is also a great feature. We use that to have access to the stream quickly in-building, or at our second campus, which is connected via fiber. We also love the resilient streaming -- we did have one time where our internet blipped for a minute...but because of the resilience of the Resi platform, there was no interruption to our stream.
