Outstanding Review Collection and AI Insights Across Every Location

It’s a review engine that practically runs itself. With ReputationStacker, collecting reviews for every single location is incredibly easy, and responding to those reviews is just as straightforward. The dashboard also makes it simple to see how each location is performing and to rank them against one another. I also like the AI reporting: it pulls together reviews and customer feedback and clearly shows what customers are saying, so you can spot issues and make improvements at the locations that need it most.

Role-based user permissions and reporting are essential for a large organization like ours. ReputationStacker Drives More Client Reviews Automatically

The biggest thing for us is that it actually gets our clients to write reviews. Before ReputationStacker we would close a case and ask the client to write a review, but not really follow up. Now ReputationStacker does that for us automatically. We also get better/longer reviews than we used to, not just a star rating and a sentence. Clients will talk about whether the attorney kept them informed, explained things clearly, etc. Those are the specific comments I want a potential new client to see.
