In all honestly, we've left the platform and come back twice now. This should give anyone peace of mind knowing that we can say, with utter confidence, that Reliance is the best there is. Nick and team are saints and have really saved us in our time of need and with great haste. They are unmatched in their offerings and their best in class approach allows you to have it all. We've worked with them through numerous tool rollouts and are in a market with two MLSs and they really handle everything we throw at them with skill and grace. Equally as important, the support is incredible. They know their stuff and are always going above and beyond to help. The turnaround time on requests is impressive and you can always reach them when you need to. Really, when it comes to this space, Reliance is without a doubt the solution you're looking for. I promise if you give them a try, you will not regret it, they'll exceed your expectations and destroy the competition.

We've vetted several vendors and been with some of the biggest in the real estate space. Reliance has been a fantastic choice and continues to serve us and our agents incredibly well. The onboarding process was well thought out and the inevitable hiccups were never a huge issue for the team. Communication was and is great with Reliance. Every time we met a new Reliance member, the interaction was always positive. Nick Villanti kicked us off in our process and continues to be a great resource. Then we met Sean and Kathleen McRae who are simply amazing. Nyssa in design is great at what she does. Son is wicked smart helping us with the API, Shawn answers a ton of questions for us and responds quickly, and we couldn't be happier with Ryan who's a phenomenal advocate for us and knows the system through and through. Every layer of personnel just reinforces our decision and I know I'm blanking on several others who make our lives easier as well.

What I liked best was the ease of communicating with Nick Villanti, Sr. Vice President at Reliance. Nick was great at answering questions in layman's terms! I am not a technology professional so being heavily involved in the project of creating a new company/regional site and agent sites was a great learning experience for me. It would not have been an easy task if not for Nick and his entire team. Working with Nick along with our project manager, Erik Grimnes was stress-free! They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and were able to handle solutions to integrations with other platforms with ease when working with our IT and Administrative Services Departments. Their response time was incredible.
