Innovation - Many times, Reliance will tell me about new or improved features that I haven't thought about yet for our agents. Product Improvement - Whether it's agent website design, flyer templates, updates to contact organization or more, I so appreciate the fact that Reliance continues to upgrade its product design, UX and functionality. Customer Service - I genuinely enjoy working with our customer reps and appreciate the level that they go to to help make sure our requests are heard and that we and our agents have what we need to learn the product.
