I really enjoy how simple it is to create custom templates from scratch for marketing material. I can make a flier for a home that is professional in minutes.

I was using a CRM that felt overly complicated, so I decided to try Rechat instead. I’ve found it very user-friendly, especially the app. I’m still learning a lot of cool things about Rechat, but so far I’m really impressed. I uploaded all my old contacts, added a few tags, and created a monthly market update that went out. After that, one of my past clients from 2012 reached out and asked me to come see her home and also help her buy a new one.

I like how Rechat brings so many of the tools I use as a real estate agent into one place. The marketing features are probably what I appreciate most. Being able to quickly create professional, branded emails, social media content and listing marketing directly from MLS information saves me a tremendous amount of time. I also like having my contacts and client follow-up in the same system, which makes it much easier to stay organized and consistently stay in touch with my clients.
