What I like most about R2 Docuo is the autonomy it provides. Being able to manage and adapt the platform to the organization's needs without constantly relying on third parties is a great advantage and brings a lot of agility to daily work. Additionally, it has features that make a difference, such as electronic signatures, online forms, field configuration, and especially the dropdown lists related between categories, which allow for the creation of an intelligent, organized, and fully connected document repository. After almost 10 years as a user and administrator of R2 Docuo, I can say that it has evolved along with our needs and has become an essential tool in my daily life.
