I think the best feature is the possibility to easily design and implement your information management flow. We have been using R2Docuo for long time now (more than three years) and taylor designed the flows for our commercial activity, billing, travel expenses, etc. Since we are a consulting firm operating at our customer places, the possibility to interface via web and through the client soft gives us the flexibility to update information at any time. Recently, we are using the platform to share documentation with our customers, and the flexibility to define access to categories and directories is proving to be very helpful.
