It's simple to use, and the interface is really nice, which is incredible because it doesn't ask anything of me additionally as a user. The software allows my manager and I to have really clear communication around my quota and the commissions, ensuring that my progress towards commissions is always tracked. I particularly love the breakdowns between commissions, earnings, and percent of attainment. These are the tabs I spend the most time on, and they make getting my answers incredibly simple. The integration with HubSpot is another great feature, as it seamlessly pulls in commission numbers, which saves me from manual tracking.
