We ran QuotaPath for the whole sales org at Copper. The thing I liked most was that reps could see their comp in real time - what they'd earned so far that month, how far they were from their accelerators, and what a specific deal would actually pay them. They'd play with hypotheticals too, like what a certain deal or a better attach rate would do to their check. Really motivating for the team. It also surfaced discrepancies early instead of at month-end when finance rolled paychecks. Comp questions surfaced way less and we could focus on selling.
