I like the user interface and how the status of orders were tracked. The approval systems works well while there are some problems as well. We like how it is connect to the Sigma, Fisher etc database.

I like the ease of tracking the status across all procurement.

I have used Quartzy since 2012. It has gone through multiple iterations since then, but each one has only enhanced the user experience. It has been by far the most efficient system we have used for ordering and maintaining inventory of our labs. I recommend it to all scientist that I have talked to with similar concerns.
