It's easy to use, understand and it's useful! Besides the ease of finding the items and ordering, it really has other useful functions for stock inventory, expenses and budgets, and lab location of ordered items. For our lab it's extremely convinient to have frequent orders on 're-order' mode - we use it everyday.
