I find the teams we work with through QBench to be incredibly helpful and responsive. I like that the platform is constantly improving, which is essential as we've had to integrate QBench into our lab, and it has been able to address specific problems through ongoing updates. I appreciate the updated features, user interface, more complete LIM system, and the support and automation that QBench provides.

Very user friendly and our QBench team has been extremely helpful from start up to production. I have been able to get the basic background needed to change and fix a lot of the workflows myself with the initial training done by our team leader.

QBench has streamlined our process for organization and reporting. We use the software primarily to log and report customer orders, enabling them to have a portal for their results viewable in realtime during the reporting process and kept as a database moving forward. This has increased our productivity and customer communication immensely.
