I like how QAD Redzone has transformed our production floor culture to be more connected across each of our departments. Our production, maintenance, and quality teams have a platform to communicate and share information. If our production team encounters a problem on the packaging line, they use the platform to submit an action item or speak directly with our maintenance team. They can share a picture clearly depicting the issue and even make a video if it helps illustrate the problem. I appreciate how it feeds information into Tableau, giving us a broader view of how the facility areas are performing. The switch from calculating OEE in Microsoft Excel to a real-time view in Redzone saved us a lot of time, allowing supervisors to focus on more valuable tasks. The initial setup went well, with our maintenance team installing the sensors, and a representative from Redzone helping validate signals and set up on the correct lines. This has been a positive change in the way we do business.

Redzone helps us identify the critical problems that are affecting our daily performance in real time, enabling quick response from people who can help to people with problems. It will also enable our continuous improvement system by providing the focus needed to id the critical few issues that will leverage our quantum leap improvements. The support we are receiving from our Redzone leader (Ryan) is amazing, the training thorough and his advise very valuable and actionable.
